Where can you set up a picnic?
We can set up picnics pretty much anywhere. As in any public park. The comfort of your own backyard. We also offer setting up indoors as well. Please keep in mind that some locations do require a fee that gets added to your invoice.

What happens if there's a weather inconvenience the day of my picnic?
Please make sure to check the weather before booking your picnic. All bookings are nonrefundable, but if there’s a weather inconvenience the day of your booking, we can reschedule the same picnic for another day that Vision Picnics has availability for. Please keep in mind that all bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that all booking and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations prior to bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations on the day of booking are nonrefundable. Cancellations due to a weather inconvenience are NON-REFUNDABLE but the same picnic/theme/color may be rescheduled on a day Vision Picnics has open availability for.

What happens if I'm late?
Please be sure to arrive on time. Your picnics time starts and ends at the time that you selected.

Do we offer food?
Unfortunately, we do not offer food, but we do offer food pick up. Fees for food pick up vary depending on the distance.

How does food pickup work?
You place your order online and we’ll pick it up for you. If the restaurant doesn’t offer online pickup place the order over the phone. If the restaurant doesn't take online payments, we’ll pay for it and receive the payment before handing it to you.

When can I book a picnic?
The sooner you book the more we are able to accommodate your picnic. Please book a picnic two weeks in advance from your picnics date. If you need an inquiry for a picnic sooner than two weeks in advance submit it and we’ll do the best, we can to accommodate your booking. A fee will be added to those picnics that we can accommodate and are booked a week or less than a week in advance.
